Phase 2 — Core System Modernization with AI (typically 10–16 weeks)
We modernize your core business applications and embed AI directly into the workflows people already use.
- ERP modernization and integration work on Microsoft Dynamics 365, including data model cleanup and system integrations
- AI-powered forecasting, anomaly detection, and reporting embedded directly into ERP workflows using Copilot in Dynamics 365 and Azure AI
- Automated approval and exception-handling workflows using Power Automate, replacing manual routing
- Data integration between ERP, CRM, and key departmental systems so reporting reflects one accurate source of truth
Phase 3 — Low-Code AI Enablement & Governance (typically 6–10 weeks, plus ongoing)
We equip your business teams to build their own AI-powered apps safely, without creating a governance problem.
- Power Platform environment setup with proper governance: environment strategy, data loss prevention policies, and app lifecycle management
- Training for citizen developers to build low-code apps with Power Apps, incorporating AI Builder and Copilot Studio for intelligent features
